To provide temporary homes for the parent-less pets of Ashtabula County until we can find them the best possible “furever” home. Along with this mission, we promote spay/neuter, responsible pet ownership and companion pet education.

FOSTER

Foster homes help us save more lives by providing in-home care for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and even exotic animals that need to heal, mature, and socialize prior to finding a home. Foster homes also allow us to help more animals by freeing up kennel space.

RESCUE

We are always eager to work with rescue groups to save more animals! All of our animals come fully vetted. Please review the information for organizations interested in taking one or more of our animals into your rescue.

VOLUNTEER

We rely heavily on volunteers to walk dogs, play with cats, help at events, clean dishes, do laundry at our shelter, and more!
