BooWow FAQ
1) How does registration work?
You register per dog, not per person. You can have as many human attendees accompany your pup as you'd like.
With registration you receive:
We will have limited registration on site, depending on availability and the price does increase for day of.
3) Do I have to register to participate?
Not at all! You can do many of the activities without registration. You can purchase hay rides, raffle tickets, 50/50 tickets, enter the contests and purchase from vendors and merchandise tents individually. The registration packages and discounts all of the items.
4) What are the contests?
The contests are held from 2-3pm each day, pets can register in individual categories for $5.00 or one is included with paid registration. Each participant receives a ribbon and winners receive a medal and bragging rights!
5)Will adoptable dogs be available onsite?
Yes! We will have adoptables visiting with volunteers throughout the day.
6) What are the rules for dogs in attendance?
All friendly, vaccinated pups are welcome! We do encourage common sense with interactions and encourage safe distances.
All dogs must be leashed, we discourage retractable leashes. Retractable leashes must be locked at less than 6 feet.
Choke collars or correction collars are not permitted.
The event is not recommended for pups under six months old, only for reasons of health/vaccination. They can attend, but we want folks to be aware of the risk.
7) Is the event cash only?
We accept cash, credit or Venmo onsite the day of the event. Individual vendors may be cash only--so you may want to have some available.

- A wristband for the trick-or-treat trail (Ten stops through the wooded trail with treats for the pups at each)
