CatChella Festival
This summer, the ACAPL will be launching a brand new 'cat themed' festival, CatChella! The proceeds of this event benefit the abandoned, neglected, abused and homeless cats of Ashtabula County. After a two-year hiatus with events we are projecting a ground swell of attendees, volunteers and community organizations to take part--as well as local and regional media coverage.
