Found Pets Currently at the ACAPL

The ACAPL is both the county and city shelter for found animals, we also take in dogs found by Good Samaritans in the community. Each animal is put on a three-day stray hold (three days the shelter is open to the public from the day of arrival). Dogs with currently Ashtabula County licenses are held for ten days.
